Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Guests are permitted to cancel or reschedule their reservation up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. For cancellations made within this timeframe, a refund of 75% of the deposited amount will be issued. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made 15 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date will not be allowed, and no refunds will be provided. This policy is in place due to the limited availability of campsites and the difficulty in rebooking spaces on short notice.

3. Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their booked date up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date without incurring any additional fees. However, rescheduling within 6 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date will be subject to a rescheduling fee equivalent to 500 pesos for schedule.

4. Government-Imposed Restrictions: In the event of government-imposed restrictions such as lockdowns, travel bans, or quarantines that prevent guests from visiting the campsite on their scheduled dates, we will permit rebooking free of charge. Guests must provide documentation or proof of the imposed restrictions to qualify for the free rebooking.

5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Please allow additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Cancellation & Refund Requests: All cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests must be submitted in writing to Fika Haven Farm Campsite management via email or through the campsite's official booking platform. Requests will be reviewed and processed by our team in accordance with this policy

7. Exceptions: Fika Haven Farm Campsite reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation or rescheduling request. Any exceptions granted will be at the discretion of campsite management.
